The HMCS Chippawa Naval Reserve Band has been in existence for approximately 50 years. It is one of four Naval Reserve Bands in Canada and serves the large area of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Alberta.

The members of the HMCS Chippawa Naval Reserve Band perform with a variety of brass, reed and percussion instruments. In this first official recording of the band, you will hear many different styles of music ranging from naval standard marches, to show music, to the best swing of the big band era.

The group is also very proud to have had the opportunity to add to their CD compilation the extraordinary vocal talents of Donna Fletcher, Michael Harris and Donna Fillingham.
